Cascade Alliance is committed to making cascadealliance.us usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility standard.

What we've built in

Keyboard navigation throughout the site, with a visible "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
Semantic HTML landmarks (<nav>, <main>, <section>, <footer>) and a single <h1> per page for predictable screen-reader navigation.
ARIA labels and roles on interactive widgets (navigation, testimonials carousel, mobile drawer).
Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).
Responsive layouts that function at 200% browser zoom without loss of content.
Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — all decorative animations are disabled when your device requests reduced motion.
Text that scales with user font-size preferences where feasible.
